刘珂，中国科学院计算技术研究所副研究员，硕士生导师，2013年博士毕业于香港中文大学信息工程学系，2008年工程学士毕业于香港中文大学信息工程学系。2017年赴美国普渡大学做访问博士后2年。2013年加入中国科学院计算技术研究所。长期从事移动网络拥塞控制、数据中心网络协议及系统、资源解耦和系统（Resource Disaggregation），多媒体传输系统等研究，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目和面上项目、华为项目，北京面上项目，国家重点研发计划课题等。成果发表在HPCA, DATE, TMC, TPDS, TSC, ICME, IWQoS, SECON, Cluster等CCF-A 和B类会议和期刊上。现专注资源解耦合系统，分级内存，数据中心网络协议，以及机器学习驱动的传输系统的研究。
