简历:

2025年毕业于中国科学院微电子研究所,获工学博士学位,博士期间研究方向为高温SOI器件及处理器设计。博士毕业后加入中国科学院计算技术研究所,任职工程师,主要从事开源芯片相关工作。曾获2019年本科生国家奖学金,2024年博士研究生国家奖学金。
